Lakes in Adamov are part of the Adamov recreation area, located just a short distance from the town of Gbely. These lakes are made up of two former flooded gravel deposits and today belong to the most important ornithological sites in the Záhorie region.
During the summer, Adamov Lakes are a popular recreational site. Thanks to pure and crystal-clear water, visitors use it mainly for swimming, water sports, but also fishing. There are showers, a washroom, sanitary facilities, refreshment stalls and a water bike rental.
Those who do not want to laze in the sun, can observe rare waterfowl and surroundings from a wooden observation tower, which is situated on the border of water surfaces. For active holidaymakers, there is a beach volleyball court at Adamov Lakes. Parents with children will appreciate the playground with climbing frames and carousel.
