Description
The well-known motto of Ján Amos Comenius "School by Play" turned the founders of the Aurelium Science Center into reality. It is a place where scientific knowledge or any subject matter is presented in a playful way or entertaining experiment.
The Science Center uses informal methods, balancing the elements of play and education. It is a concept that combines school, museum and amusement park and its main idea is to popularize science. Science Center is designed for young people from 12 years of age.
Visitors will find educational exhibits from various areas of scientific knowledge and human thinking. They are divided into several categories:
- Human, renewable resources, ecology
- Electricity, magnetism, communication technology
- Chemistry and materials
- Mathematics and basic physical phenomena
- Mechanics, thermics, engineering
- Robotics, automation
- Lighting technology, waves, light, optics
