The Kláštorská ravine is one of the most visited in the Slovak Paradise, thanks also to the charming nature and the beautiful Carthusian waterfall, which is located at the top. However, it is definitely not the only waterfall in this ravine.
The Carthusian waterfall falls from a height of 4 meters through a rock fall. It often freezes in winter, so the location turns into a beautiful but cool icefall landscape.
Beyond the Carthusian waterfall, the ravine ends and the walkway leads you to the romantic ruins of the former Carthusian monastery of Kláštorisko. Nearby, there is a tourist hut where you can refresh and recharge the energy.
