On a gentle hill in the town of Snina, there is a beautiful historic building of Classicist mansion. It was built in 1781 on the site of the original wooden mansion. The manor house used to be a splendid mansion with many rooms, but also underground corridors and huge cellars.

In the past, the grounds of the mansion also included French-style gardens and an extensive English park, some of which have been preserved to this day. The park is nicely landscaped, there is also a large fountain and benches to relax.

Today, the castle houses museum exhibitions, gallery exhibitions and a municipal library. The permanent exposition "Echoes of Snina" brings visitors closer to the history of the town, its immediate surroundings and the mansion itself. The artistic exposition "Byzantine Mission" consists of works by Mikuláš Klimčák, drawn from traditional Byzantine iconography.
