On the slope of Malý Rokoš in Strážovské Hills, there is a cave called Brložná diera. It is declared a natural monument and has the shape of a rock crack. The cave is 40 meters long and consists of a spacious hall, from which several other smaller halls emerge.
In the distant past, it was inhabited by man, as evidenced by the inscriptions in its entrance. In winter, butterflies and bats hibernate, therefore in winter is not allowed to enter the cave.
The Brložná diera Cave is one of the stops of the František Madva educational trail. The nature trail is 12 kilometers long. It starts in the village of Nitrianske Rudno and passes through the nature reserve Rokoš. The cave itself is the fastest accessible from the village Nitrianske Sucany, from where it is along the route of the nature trail approximately 2.5 km away
