The Čerenec reservoir is located in the nature reserve in the administration of the State nature protection of the Small Carpathians. It is located about 2 kilometers above the village of Vrbové.
The water reservoir has its enchanting charm in every season, but it is most sought after during the summer season.
The dam built on the Holeška stream has 46 hectares and is mainly used for swimming and fishing. The water is heated by the sun and during the hot summer days, it provides the proper refreshment.
The surrounding area is full of natural beauty with excellent hiking opportunities. Cycling enthusiasts will certainly enjoy the rich tangle of cycling trails.

„Žiadna požičovňa športových potrieb, žiadne vodné športy. Chatky sú vyhoreté, zničené, schátralé. Ich okolie je totálne zarastené. Nič. Iba rybári na brehoch. Už ani ten penzión s reštauráciou nefunguje. Môžete sa prejsť okolo priehrady, alebo si poležať pri nej na deke. To je všetko. Jediná vec, kvôli ktorej sa sem oplatí ísť je pekná príroda v okolí. “
