Description
The chapel is located above town Čadca. This field chapel of Our Lady was built by workers who worked on the construction of the railway. At the chapel there is a cast-iron cross that has an engraved date on the pedestal - year 1865. In close proximity to the chapel, you can drink refreshing mountain water from a spring or sit on the bench. The interior of the chapel is unavailable.
This location is calm and quiet, but the road to it leads through relatively steep terrain.
Close to the chapel there is a mountain hotel Husarik with a restaurant and recreation area, where you can refresh yourself.
4.3 km long marked hiking trail (1:10 h) leads from the city center to the mountain hotel Husárik, above which the mentioned chapel is located. Chapel is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
