If you want to diversify your free time and are looking for new experiences, then you are at right place here. We offer rafting on the river Ipeľ on two or three-seater canoes or on paddleboards. Rafting is also suitable for beginners, friends, families with children, but also for corporate events and teambuildings.
Rafting begins in the village Holiša, where our shipyard is located, which includes facilities for rafting, cafeteria, sports equipment store and changing room. After quick retraining and taking over equipment, you will board canoe and sail through nature directly in the protected bird area of Poiplie. The banks of the upper stream of Ipeľ are lined with beautiful slovak nature, meadows and fields, which are separated from the stream by dense forests. This landscape is rich in rare and protected animals. You can see foxes, roe deer, deer, and several protected species of birds, countless diverse insects, but also mammals.
The rafting ends in the Kalonda shipyard. The whole rafting from Holiš to Kalonda in the length of 10 km takes about 3 hours. For beginners who do not find the determination to rafting the whole section, we offer to try the lower section of Ipeľ on calm water near Kalonda, where you can rent canoes, paddleboards and our new boat with electric drive for 8 people.
