The Dobrotínske Rocks are part of the nature reserve of the same name, which was proclaimed in 1980 due to the protection of floristically varied xerothermic communities here. They rise close to the village of Veľké Uherce and provide many tourists with hiking and beautiful views.
Dobrotínske rocks are a popular tourist attraction, because in their top parts you can admire the rocks of various shapes and also rocky steppes. In the spring, you can meet with the vast variety and diversity of local flora.
From the rocks, there are nice views of the opposite Hrubý Hill, Oselný Hill and nearby surroundings. The Dobrotínska Cave is located near the Dobrotínske Rocks, in the Dobrotína Massif, which is not open to the public. It is 26 m deep and is characterized by rare invertebrates.
The Dobrotín Rocks are accessible by a marked hiking trail, starting points of which are the villages of Veľké Uherce and Radobica. The path to the rocks is approximately 4 km long.
