In the Bolešovská Valley, below the ridge of Biely vrch (White Peak), there is the most massive and extensive foaming formation of the White Carpathians. It is the Dragon Well, which consists of deposits combined with landslides, which makes the whole site creating the impression of stairs.
Dragon Well is a national natural monument, which is a kind of "fossil record" about the development of fauna and flora of the area since the last ice age. The well includes beautiful waterfalls, while the spring rises about 100 m higher. Waterfalls are probably the most beautiful in winter, when they are covered with massive ice and icicles.
The forest educational trail Bolešov-Krivoklá passes through the site. It begins in Bolešovska Valley, is 8.2 km long and leads through a beautiful forest. The Dragon Well is the fourth stop of this educational trail. The trail continues along the Chrastková gamekeeper's lodge and ends in the village of Krivoklát.
