Description

In the small village of Most near Bratislava, there is a lake called Zelená voda (Green Water), which is sought after by the locals especially during the summer. It is a less busy holiday location where you can enjoy the beautiful nature, quiet and clear water.

Like other lakes near Bratislava, the Zelená voda Lake was created by mining gravel. Swimming in this lake is at your own risk. The shores are formed by gravel and gradually pass into a range of floodplain forests. Access to the water is gradual.

There is a buffet with a wide range of fast food options and a seating area under parasols. Green Water Lake is accessible by a dirt road. There is also sufficient parking space. The location is also popular with cyclists.
