Hajnáčka is the name of the castle ruin at the village of the same name, which is surrounded by the beauty of Cerovská Uplands.
The village originated from the settlement under the fortress Hajnáčka. On the site of the old fortress, a Gothic royal castle was later built, which was occupied several times by the Turks. In 1703, the castle burnt down and gradually became desolated.
At present, the castle ruin of Hájnačka is freely accessible to tourists. It is located at a height of 355 m above sea level. You can get to the castle hill by a sidewalk with a slight ascending.
At the top you, will find tiny remains of castle walls or cut-out stairs in the castle rock. What will certainly enchant you is the charming view of the village of Hájnačka and its wide surroundings.
