Under the southern slope of Hekerová Hill, there is** a pilgrimage chapel of Our Lady of the Snows** near the village of Úhorná. A little below the summit of Hekerová, there is a yellow marked hiking trail passing from Smolník (about 6 km away), from which you can angle to an unmarked turning leading to the top.
You can also go to Hekerová Hill from other municipalities, such as Úhorná, Stará voda, Pače, Čučma or Rožňava. In this case, the road will take you through the saddle beneath the White Rocks.
