You can discover the unique natural beauty of the region of scattered settlements by wandering in the local forests. Do not expect any majestic hills rising to incredible heights that are difficult to climb. Here, you will find pleasant hills, which are perfect for relaxation and easy to overcome.
If you want to enjoy the charming views, besides relaxation, head to the Hrombaba Lookout, which is located near the well-known Bradlo Hill, where The Barrow of Milan Rastislav Štefánik. Few people know about this rocky outcropping, yet it is only a short distance away.
At the top, there is a Slavic cross. But your attention will first be captivated by the enchanting view of the entire region below you. You will have the village of Košariská as well as the nearby Small Carpathians. In addition to exceptional views, you can enjoy the divine peace that reigns here.
The Lookout of Hrombaba can be reached from two sides. Either you choose the route from Brezová pod Bradlom (cca 4km), passing along the Barrow of M. R. Štefánik, or you will go from the opposite side,from the village of Košariská (cca 1.5km).
