Jezerské Lake is a place just like from a fairy tale. Charming turquoise lake set in beautiful natural environment, surrounded by silence and until recently also slender coniferous trees, as if they were guardians of its banks.
Jezerské Lake is situated under the steep slopes of Spišská Magura. It is declared a protected natural creation. The lake was formed by the landslide of a sloping rock in the early Post-tertiary. Today, the lake collects water from the surrounding slopes, but is mainly supplied by the bottom springs.
There are benches along the banks of the lake where you can sit back and become absorbed by the beauty around you. You may also see some of the rare species of plants and animals here too.
The easiest access to the Jezerské Lake is the green marked tourist trail from the village of Jezersko (approx. 3km), after which the lake is named.

„Lavička opravená, kačenky připluly až k nám. Sešlapané lopuchy nám ukázaly cestu k jezeru, ale opravdu příšerné značení, dvakrát jsme sešli z cesty. Naštěstí děti velké, 13,15 to zvládly. “

„Boli sme v septembri 2022. Šli sme z dediny Jezersko. Jedna bieda. Človek, ktorý to tam nepozná, sa akurát tak vzdá. My sme to už aj chceli vzdať. Označenie o ničom. Ešte, že sme sa ako ,tak dovolali miestnym(pán u ktorého sme boli na chate) ktorý nám povedal,že tam kde bude veľa lopuchov,tam zíjsť dole. Cestička taka,že ,no ,radšej bez komentára. Zišli sme k jazeru a bolo nám skôr na zaplakanie ako na úsmev a oddych po ,ani neviem koľko hodinovom šľapaní so štyrmi deťmi (7,5,3,1rok). Škoda, že sa to tam neupraví troslu.Po toľkom šľapani,by to chcelo oddych na lavičkách, možno nejake menšie mólo. Skôr smutný pohľad.“

„Ako typ na výlet neodporúčam.v bachledovej doline chýba značenie, chodník zarastený, minimálne značenie, zostup k jazeru pomerne náročný . Okolie jazera zarastené, jediná lavička pri jazere zlomená...veľmi smutný pohľad.“

„Neverili sme predchádzajúcemu komentáru a vydali sme sa na túru z bachledovej doliny k jezerskemu jazeru.uz v bachledovej doline chýbalo turistické značenie, cesta zarastená, kde tu značka.jazero zarastené, jediná lavička na brehu zlomená, ďalšia zatopená.uplne zanedbané, nemali sme si ani kde na chvíľu oddýchnuť po namáhavom zostupe k jazeru. Škoda, že to nechali takto spustnut.“

„Fotka je stará snad 20 let! Byli jsme u jezera včera, dokola zarostené, žádný rozumný přístup k vodě...o značení ani nemluvím.
Obec by se měla postarat o příjemné prostředí, lavičky u vody, informační tabule a podobně. Jinak tam turisty určitě neuvidíte. A to jsou ti, kteří do obce, díky turistickému ruchu přináší peníze!
