Description
The edge of the town of Lučenec gets its finishing touch with the vast water surface of the Ľadovo Water Dam, which originated on the Tuhár stream. Nowadays, there is also a relaxation zone built in this area and especially during the summer the water reservoir is used for recreational purposes.
Clear and refreshing water during hot days attracts people to bathing, swimming, boating, but also various water sports or fishing. However, all activities are at your own risk. The reservoir has mild, mostly grassy banks with gradual entry into the water.
Enthusiasts of active relaxation will certainly be able to use the local sports grounds - petanque, boccia, volleyball, mini football, table tennis or basketball. For children, there is a playground with climbing frames, sandpit and swings.
The resort also has benches, fireplaces and a gazebo, which allows roasting and relaxation for the whole family or a group of friends.
