Not far from the village of Malinovo there is an unconventional lookout tower.
The view from above does not offer beautiful views of the surroundings but serves to observe the life of birds and animals near the water. They have their habitat in a several hundred meter long wetland at the river bank. You can find out interesting information about them and other animals living here on the information board near the tower.
The lookout tower is located at the end of a field road, where in the historical past there was a ford. In the middle of the last century, an observatory stood near the ford to protect the crop from fires. From the village leads to it about 1 km long marked nature trail from Malinovo. If you want to extend the walk, you can continue along this trail. It leads through floodplain forests around the river and after about an hour and 4 km will take you back to the village of Malinovo.
The location is very nicely landscaped and open all year round. It is taken care of by a local association and in addition to the lookout tower you will also find a children's playground, Beaver Castle or the Green Oasis and a pleasant time spent in the bosom of nature awaits you here.

„Ako písali u predošlí, príjemná prechádzka, vhodná aj pre deti, avšak katastrofálne navádzanie. Najlepšie je zastaviť pri cintoríne /Cintorínska ulica) a potom je potrebné ísť smerom veterná - tam je na začiatku poľa mapa s popisom, ale inak nič. Nás zaviedol chodník raz do poľa, potom sme nevedeli, či sa dá prejsť z jedného brehu na druhý, Katastrofálne značenie, ale inak veľmi pekná prechádzka. Po ceste je pri hati aj možnosť urobiť si oheň, je tam pekný altánok na posedenie aj väčšej skupiny.“

„GPS súradnice vyššie sú na druhej strane Malého Dunaja, zo strany Zálesia. Rozhľadňa a chodník je však na strane Malinova - v Google Maps ho nájdete ako Náučný chodník na dobrej stope. Parkovať môžete pri neďalekom cintoríne tu 48.160882201491646, 17.296953323900112.“

„Pridávam sa k predošlému hodnoteniu, ak prídete autom z väčšej diaľky, nezistíte kde zaparkovať. V obci žiadna tabuľa, žiadne info. Len vďaka domácim, ktorí nás ponavigovali /mimochodom úplne opačne, ako ukazuje navigácia/, sme to nakoniec našli. Rozhľadňa pekná, prostredie pri rieke, mostík cez mokrade, všetko zaujímavé. Už to len nájsť...“

„Skoda ze nepise clanok odkial je startovaci bod, lebo gps ukazuje len Zalesie, ako finalny ciel. Isli sme tam, zaparkovali, gps nam ukazoval 950 m do ciela.
