Description
The wine region of Tokaj attracts tourists not only with its beautiful vineyard orchards, wine cellars, but also with its unique lookout tower in a form of wooden barrel.
The observation tower is located in vineyards between the villages of Malá Tŕňa and Černochov. It is 12 meters high. From the top plaform, you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the entire wine region. There is also a binocular and information boards with panorama descriptions.
In addition, the lookout tower has night lighting that contributes to its uniqueness. It is an unforgettable experience for any visitor who wants to enjoy the Tokaj region under the stars.
There is also a summer house and playground near the observation tower. Thus, it is an ideal place for hikers or families with children. The surrounding area also attracts with a number of monuments, museums and historic buildings that are worth visiting.
The asphalt road and marked cycling trails from the surrounding villages lead to the lookout tower as well.
