Starovšechsvätych mine is a unique opportunity to get to know the history of mining craft in Slovakia. The excursion includes both surface and subsurface exposure, you can also try the actual mining with hammer and iron in this historic mine that has been in operation for over 700 years!
The tour also includes the charming exposition of Mine Flowers, which contains more than 3,500 mineral samples where each mineral is associated with a story related to its discovery or purchase. In addition, you can become a real gold digger for a while during the summer - it is possible to organize a gold panning school for you!
Regular excurtions of the mine takes place on weekdays at 9:00 a.m.. The visit is necessary to be booked at least one day in advance. Another visit dates are possible only on the basis of a previous agreement.
