Above the picturesque village of Lubina, there is a small hill of Roh. The hill itself is covered by a dense vegetation of pine, only the top is deforested and there is a monumental Slovak National Uprising Monument, the work of architect Ján Svetlík and academic sculptor Rudolf Uher.
The memorial is also the last resting place of 45 partisans. In the northern part, you can see a statue of a warrior. On both sides of the area, there are 7 stone blocks with names of villages and settlements involved in the resistance under Javorina.
Views of the Great Javorina, the castles of Čachtice and Branč and the dunes of Myjavská Highlands can be seen from this reverent place. The Slovak National Uprising Monument on the Roh Hill is also the venue of the year-long memorial commemorating the Regional Celebrations of the Slovak National Uprising.
