The Nature trail of Vojšín is built between Stará Huta in Nová Baňa and Malá Lehota. On a 12.5 km route you will be guided through the most attractive sections of this part of the Pohronský Inovec mountain range.
The Vojšín Nature Trail has a total of 8 stops, each with a board informing tourists about the area. The sidewalk is bidirectionally transient and open all year round. The trail leads mainly through the forest and overcomes a height difference of 350 m.
The nature trail provides basic information about the history and natural environment in the area of Vojšín, Bujakov Hill and Chotár. The transition time is about 4 hours.
- Stop “Stará Huta” - the village of Stará Huta was known in the past for glassworks.
- Stop “National Nature Monument Starohutský Waterfall” - one of the most massive waterfalls in the Central Slovak neovolcanites.
- Stop "Jašekova skala" - Rock formation built by Tertiary volcanic rocks andesites with a beautiful view.
- Stop "Sedlová skala" - Peak of Sedlová skala (Saddle Rock) is at an altitude of 779 m. It offers a wide panoramic view of the Štiavnica Mountains.
- Stop "Jezerec" - a natural lake that represents a unique natural wetland biotype.
- Stop "Bujakov vrch" - a unique site with a significant concentration of the occurrence of the protected great pied fly.
- Stop "Vojšín" - a hill with wide views of the Vtáčnik mountain, a natural monument Veľký Inovec, as well as part of the protected landscape area Ponitrie and vrch Zobor.
- Stop "Andesite stone sea" - national natural monument Andesite stone sea in Malá Lehota, which was created without the contribution of gravity by the breakdown of the lava flow during massive volcanic activity.
