Description
Donovaly is an important center of tourism and winter sports and a tourist starting point for the Greater Fatra and the Low Tatras. Here, you will find a total of 19 ski slopes of various difficulty, suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. The resort has 14 ski lifts and 2 cable cars.
It is divided into two parts according to the name of the area in which the skiing is provided - Nová Hoľa and Záhradište. The New Hoľa is a larger and more significant part.
Cross-country skiers will appreciate more cross-country trails in the area.
Of course, there is a ski equipment rental and ski kindergarten as well. In addition to skiing, the ski area also features a toboggan bobsleigh track and an ice rink.
