Description
The beautiful village of Tekovská Breznica is gripped in the arms of the south-western tip of Štiavnické Hills. The hill of Priesil is protruding from this mountain range, thus dominating the village.
Even though the hill is fairly forested, there are many greta views, however, not from its peaks, but from parts just below the summit. During the autumn, the views are even better as the leaves of the trees fell down.
The hill of Priesil is not so known to tourists. Only locals mostly come here, so it is more than likely that you will not meet anyone else at the exit. As a result, you can enjoy the blissful peace even more.
The easiest access to the hill of Priesil leads along the marked hiking trail, which starts in Tekovska Breznica (about 5 km). Other starting points are the villages of Tlmače, Rybník or Devičany.
