Počúvadlo Lake (or also called Počúvadlo Tajch) is a lake of artificial origin, the so-called tajch, which is located near Banská Štiavnica near the village of Počúvadlo. The beautiful and quiet area is an ideal place to relax in the bosom of nature.
The lake is one of the most visited localities nearby. It covers an area of 12 hectares and is a popular summer and winter holiday resort for cabiners, tourists, children's camps and schools in nature.
It is possible to swim, boat, ride on water bicycles here or even ski in winter in the nearby ski resorts. At the same time, Počúvadlo is also a popular starting point for Sitno - the highest hill of Štiavnické Mountains.
