Rafting on Dunajec has a tradition of more than 120 years and around 200,000 tourists participate in the Dunajec River rafting every year.
The rafting can be done daily (8:00 - 18:00) in good weather from mid-May until the end of September and there are several providers of these services around the Dunajec River. On the Slovak side, you can board at 4 different boarding stations (Červený Kláštor, Kvašné Lúky, Majere or Spišská Stará Ves - Nokle) to sail different lengths of the track.
Rafting last from 1.5 hours to 2 hours 20 minutes. The most interesting part is the section of the Dunajec river in the length of about 8.5 km, which is included in all rafting routes, regardless of the choice of the boarding station.
