Do you know where one of the most beautiful valleys in Slovakia is located? It is Kvačianska Valley in Chočské Hills.
Its shortest branch, Ráztocká Valley, is extremely impressive. This canyon-shaped and limestone valley offers monumental rocks, dense forests, wild waterfalls and streams in one place, creating a beautiful and harmonious scenery.
In the lower part of Ráztocká Valley lies Ráztocký vodopád surrounded by rocky gulley.
The valley is ideal for undemanding hiking in beautiful nature. The easiest approach is to follow the blue marked trail from Veľké Borová. You can take a trip to it in any season of the year.
If Ráztocká Valley alone is not enough for you, simply combine this trip with a visit to the Kvačianska Valley. Then just climb a few small hills and you will be rewarded by a wonderful view of the world around and below you from the wooden vistas.
