The wine-growing settlement included in the List of Monuments of Folk Architecture in Slovakia lies in a beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of the Štiavnické Mountains.
The wine-frowing settlement is located about 3 km from the village of Sebechleby. Its main sights include a set of wine cellars hand-dug into the tuff bed (of volcanic origin) and a small bothy built over them.
In recent years, these buildings have also been used for recreational and agro-tourism purposes. Several objects are even ready to accommodate their guests, offer additional services or a leisure program.
Various events and festivals take place several times a year in a settlement under the leadership of a local organization. On of the most famous, which attracts many tourists every year, is the event called “Oberačka po Sebechlebsky" (Picking in Sebechleby) and "Svätourbanské slávnosti” (Festival of St. Urban).
