Vinianske Lake is located in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature,which is ideal for rest. You can find it in close proximity to the village Vinné nestled in the arms of the Šutová and Marečková Hills.
The lake was created as an artificial dam into which water from the Vinianský stream is led. The total area of the lake is 8 hectares and its average depth is 3 m.
In the summer season, there are ideal conditions for fishing, swimming and boating and in winter for skating or cross-country skiing.
You can look for sport activities at the local beach volleyball court or go yachting and try also other unusual water sports.
Children have the opportunity to spend their free time on the playground equipped with great attractions or build sand castles.
There is a campsite, but you can also get accommodation in cozy guest houses, hotels or chalet areas too.
A wide range of dining options will ensure that you do not stay hungry for the moment, which means you can also try the local cuisine.
The Vinianske Lake area is also popular due to its excellent conditions for hiking and cycling. It would be a pity not to go out to see beauties of nature and forests.
