Description
Vojšín is the third highest peak of the Pohronský Inovec mountain range. It is located near the former free royal and mining town - Nová Baňa. Vojšín Hill is the result of volcanic activity and today, it is an ideal place for hikers looking for active leisure.
In addition to the beautiful nature that will accompany you throughout the ascent route, you can admire the charming views of the Ponitrie region, the Tribeč mountain range with the highest peak of Veľký Tribeč, the Vtáčnik mountain range with the highest peak of the same name, as well as the Štiavnica Mountains and the National Nature Reserve Sitno.
Vojšín Hill is the seventh stop of the Vojšín nature trail, which will also take you through other natural creations and local volcanic wealth. The nature trail is two-way and you can start it in the village Stará huta (about 9km) or in the village of Malá Lehota (about 3km). The route is slightly demanding.

„Velmi zle znacenie trasy!davajte si velky pozor.Zacinali sme pri Starohutskom vodopade a po 4 hodinach sme sa ocitli v Starej hute na hlavnej ceste. Zabludili sme. Rozhodne neodporucam pre sviatocnych turistov. “
