The unique contact zoo, where you and your children can get to know animals at close range, is located in Liptovský Mikuláš, right next to the popular Tatralandia.

In the contact ZOO, visitors can see more than 400 animals from 115 species. A big attraction for both young and old is definitely the opportunity to see cubs of beasts - bear, lion, tiger, puma, serval and lynx - at very close.

Very popular among the visitors is also the entrance to the aviary with tame parrots, squirrels, ground susliks and marmots. It is followed by feeding monkeys and learning the life of Japanese macaques, capuchins, grivets or marmosets.

Equally engaging and entertaining is the exposure of tame foxes, where foxes await visitors, but also polar foxes, or fennecs. For a while, you can find yourself in antipodes' shoes and watch tame kangaroos with which you can take a picture.

Children will also be pleased to ride horses or ponies. A novelty in the contact zoo is also a butterfly garden full of colourful butterflies and flowers. And if you have enough courage, be sure to go through a tunnel full of bats with a wingspan of up to 1 m.
