Wherever you are in Ružomberok, you can always see it. Tall, powerful and inviting for hikes. Such is the hill of Čebrať, which is part of Šípská Fatra.

The peak, which is accessible from Ružomberok by the tourist trail, is conveniently accessible in about 1 and a half hour. It is marked in red and starts at the Ružomberok Railway Station.

It rises to an altitude of 945 meters, with an elevation of approximately 400 meters. The whole hill is mostly wooded with spruce, beech and pine.

A unique reward for anyone who hikes to Čebrát will be a wonderful view of the natural panorama and in the good weather, you can see even the Western, High and Low Tatras, as well as the Greater Fatra. Čebrať is a great starting point for doing traditional ascents to the surrounding hills.
