A beautiful historical mansion in Oščadnica, surrounded by a large forest park, is now the seat of the Kysuce Gallery, which was founded in 1981 on the initiative of the natives and friends of Kysuce. Since its inception, the gallery has been building a rich collection fund, based on a collection of works entitled "Greetings of Artists to the Native Region", dedicated mainly to the artists of Kysuce.
Kysuce Gallery is a gallery with regional scope. Its mission is to build, record and protect the collection fund. The main tasks include exhibition, scientific research and cultural-educational activities, in addition to which it organizes International Sculpture Symposia.
Since 2014, a permanent exhibition of works by František Hübel has been installed on the first floor of the mansion. Short-term exhibitions of contemporary Slovak and foreign art are regularly held on the ground floor. The premises of the forest park are used for various cultural and social events.
