In the beautiful Art Nouveau Vermes Villa in Dunajská Streda, there is a seat of the Gallery of Contemporary Hungarian Artists, which is a bastion of Hungarian culture on the Upper Land. The gallery opened its doors in 1994. It was initiated by academic painter Lajos Luzsicza.
In addition to works by Hungarian artists of the Upper Land, the gallery also includes works by artists from Hungary and Hungarian artists living in different parts of Europe.
The Gallery of Contemporary Hungarian Artists '94 Foundation have been organizing art camps under the auspices of the institution for 20 years, where artists present their unique works. In front of the gallery is a permanent exhibition with modern sculptures - Park of Sculptures Europe.
