The magic kingdom of waterfalls in the ravine of Suchá Bela is finisked by the Bočný vodopád (Side Waterfall). A green marked hiking trail starting directly at the tourist center of Podlesok near the village Hrabušice will lead you there.
The water, which rises from a height of about 10 meters, has been washing out huge bowls in the surrounding rocks for years, creating a charming theater.
The Side Waterfall is the highest lying waterfall in the Suchá Belá Ravine. The name is derived from its location, because it lies outside the main stream of the river Suchá Belá and thus also from the tourist route.
The waterfall often dries up during the dry and hot summer months. Thus, it is possible you don't get wet by this single waterfall of Suchá Belá Ravine. In its full beauty, however, you can admire it after heavy rains or in the spring when snow is melting.
