Spend a summer holiday in Slovakia in the resort of Klokočov. It is only 12 km away from Michalovce and belongs to the youngest resorts of this East-Slovakian "sea".
In addition to perfect recreation in the loving arms of Vihorlatské Hill, the Klokočov resort offers water fun in its own newly built swimming pool overlooking the endless surface of Zemplínska Šírava.
The resort has a campsite with a capacity of 200 tent and caravan units. Those who are accustomed to the comfort and convenience of additional services can choose to stay in nearby hotels, guest houses or rent a cottage.
The resort offers a variety of dining options as well as leisure and sports activities. There are various attractions for families with children, which will entertain your chits for a long while.
The site is located near the village of Klokočov, which is known as an important Greek Catholic pilgrimage site. There is a famous image of Our Lady which cried tears in 1670.
Due to the mountainous character of the surroundings, it is also an ideal place to do various hiking and mountain walks.
