The Kunov Dam is located on the Teplica River above the town district of Senica - Kunov. It is located about 5 km from Senica. It was built in the early sixties of the last century.
Around the dam, there are grassy areas and a sandy beach about 250 meters long. The water reservoir is suitable for swimming, non-motorized boating and fishing (there is a possibility to buy a guest fishing ticket).
The recreation area built around the Kunov water reservoir is equipped with a large parking lot, changing rooms, social facilities, a shipyard (boat and water bike rental), a sports complex and a beach volleyball court.
