One of the most important buildings in Stará Ľubovňa is the Provincial House, which completes its historical color. The former headquarters of the administrator of backed up Spiš towns now serves the municipal gallery. The gallery regularly organizes exhibitions presenting works of domestic and foreign artists.
The permanent exhibition of the gallery consists of the Memorial Room of Ján Melkovič and the Memorial Room of Terézia Vansová. In the memorial rooms, visitors can see interesting items, rare musical instruments, mugs, glass, clay containers, ties, t-shirts, bells, paintings by various painters, as well as travel photos or Ján Melkovič's costume and Terézia Vansová sculpture made by Margaréta Horáková.
