The Podhájska thermal swimming pool has unique healing geothermal water. This unique water, similar in composition to the water of the Dead Sea, earned the resort the nickname "Slovak Dead Sea". It comes from a Tertiary source, and in its lower layers they found fish teeth, pollen grains and other biological material of that time. The water in the spring has a temperature of an incredible 80°C and must be cooled. But don't worry, it's still hot enough to make you feel great. In addition, it contains a lot of iodine, which colors it brown.
The main attraction of the swimming area are several pools with hot thermal water that will help you relax and unwind. And for those who are curious and want to treat themselves to something more, there is also a Wellness center where you can be pampered with various massages and saunas. All in one place, what more could you ask for?
The swimming pool is open all year round with different operating modes in the summer and winter seasons.
