



Pilsko is the second highest mountain in the Orava Beskydy. It is located on the Polish-Slovak border, which crosses 400 m below the mountain peak (the peak is on the Slovak side).
Due to its height and beautiful view, Pilsko Hill is one of the popular tourist destinations on both sides of the state border. From the top, you can enjoy the circular view of the Babia hora, Tatras, Choč Hills, Little Fatra and especially Poland.
Starting points from Slovakia are the villages of Sihelné, Mútne, and Oravské Veselé, from which hiking trails lead to the top. In Poland, it is Korbielów as one of the most important tourist resorts in Poland, with one of the most important ski resorts in the whole country. The climb to the top takes about 2.5 hours.
