Description
Telgárt Ski Center is located near the village of Telgárt in the Upper Pohronie region, in the valley between the Low Tatras, the Slovak Paradise and the Slovak Ore Mountains, near the spring of the river Hron and directly below the foot of Kráľová Hoľa. The resort is suitable for families with children as for the most advanced skiers. There are 6 ski lifts, 5 ski slopes (approx. 6 km) and 2 freeride zones.
There is a restaurant, café, buffets, ski and snowboard rental, ski service and ski school at the resort.
In addition to alpine skiing, the resort also offers other winter sports options. There are not only two tracks for cross-country lovers, but also sledding for the youngest ones. There is also a natural ice skating rink in the village where you can change ski boots for skates.
